PTH Assembly

the PTH assembly department uses modern technologies for the following activities:

• Preforming of PTH components;
• Insertion of individual PTH components on the printed circuit board;
• Wave welding of PTH components;
• Selective welding PTH components;

Special frames are used in a dedicated way. All welding profiles are controlled using profiles, in order to ensure a process that complies with industrial specifications.

There is the use of nitrogen to inertize the atmosphere during the welding process, an improvement practice in the assembly, high quality, of electronic components. The presence of a nitrogen atmosphere improves the wetting of the welding alloy by reducing the degree of oxidation and accelerates the welding reaction.

The IPC-A-610 certification is further proof of our continued commitment to try to greatly increase the excellence of machining and control over internal production.
