SMD Assembly

The SMD assembly department uses two separate assembly lines and an additional line dedicated to customer prototypes:

• DEK and YAMAHA screen printers
  
• Yamaha TOPAZ XII, OPALXII, and YSM10 assembly machines;
• Vitronics Soltec Reflow CENTURION

Through the use of , we control the recast profiles, in order to ensure a process that complies with industrial specifications.

The IPC-A-610 certification is further proof of our continued commitment to try to greatly increase the excellence of machining and control over internal production.

VP6000-V vision systems complete the 3D inspection cycle of the process with the ability to correct the screen printing deposit process.

Parametric tests on prototypes and series performed internally and externally with Flying Probe Test

• Online AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)

• VP6000-V Online for 3D inspection of screen printing process
